GTSA warehouse “Moving bottom”

It is possible to provide the optimal storage conditions and dosage of the biomass feed and other materials with the modern technological solutions. The GTSA warehouse “Moving bottom” can be used to solve a set of tasks simultaneously:

  • accumulation and storage of the materials with relative humidity up to 70%;
  • turning of the material to prevent its damage, lying a long time or hanging;
  • dosage of the material uniform feeding for its further packaging and transportation.

The warehouses “Moving bottom” are often used for storage and dosage feeding of the solid small-scale materials:

  • Biomass: the crushed products of the wood processing (chips, sawdust), agricultural production waste (grain straw, sunflower husk, crushed corn cobs and stalks, etc.), as well as pellets made of them;
  • Fuel: biofuel, incl. pelletized one, coal and others;
  • waste of brewing and alcohol production, as well as pellets made of them;
  • other materials.

Unloading productivity of the warehouses depends on the material species, physical properties (including fractional composition, humidity and other). The size of the material fraction should be no more than 60 * 60 * 100 (length * width * thickness) mm and a humidity no more than 50%. The unloading productivity is regulated by pause in motion of the stokers when switching the direction of their movement. Interval of pause is 0 … 120 seconds. In this case, the amount of the unloaded material at the same interval may vary depending on the physical properties of the material, the degree of the bunker filling and other factors.

The warehouses “Moving bottom” can be both mechanized and fully automated. The degree of automation depends on the technological process in which the Customer’s warehouse and his wishes are involved.

ICK GROUP offers several standardized types of the warehouses “Moving bottom” regulated by the productivity 0,1-30 t/h and the useful storage volume up to 200 m3, for application in the various branches of industry. ICK GROUP develops, manufactures and supplies the warehouses customized-made according to the Customer’s technical tasks as well.

At the enterprise using the GTSA warehouse “Moving bottom” the equipment for the material supply to the warehouse and its unloading from it should be provided.

Advantages of the GTSA warehouses “Moving bottom” using:

  • standardization of the sections sizes and their interchangeability: selection of design, dimensions, warehouse volume according to the specific operation conditions;
  • the ability to set the required number of the sections;
  • reliability and simplicity of the construction;
  • interchangeability and standardization – the warehouse contains the standard sections with the constant overall sizes;
  • uninterrupted operation, safety and convenience at installation and operation;
  • storage of the material preserving the necessary characteristics at any weather conditions;
  • low noise level;
  • ability to adjust the productivity by changing the material layer height to be unloaded;
  • ability to control automatically and adjust the material quantity being in the bunker;
  • ability to control automatically and adjust the stokers position which move the material;
  • availability of the viewing and sample windows, as well as manholes for maintenance.

Scope of the GTSA warehouses application:

  • agriculture;
  • heat energy;
  • processing industry;
  • forestry, woodworking and pulp and paper production;
  • building materials production;
  • mixed feed industry, and others.
