Delivery and installation of two pellet lines in Kyiv region

Our partner, a company engaged in agro-processing and agribusiness is expanding its capabilities and reaching a new level. Its plans include the organization of production for processing oilseeds, with a capacity of 300 thousand tons/year. This allowed us to cooperate in the field of granulation and deliver the necessary equipment in 2019. At present, works on installation of equipment of two pellet lines of TM Grantech are being completed.

The vertical location made it possible to compactly place the equipment and design it for the customer’s new building. The productivity of the pellet line of sunflower husk is 1.5 t/h, and the pellet line of meal is 5 t/h. The lines are complete and fully automated, they will also be integrated into the overall plant management system and will have responses/interconnections to the operation of the extraction department, storage facilities and boiler room.

The lines include two pellet mill of our production GT-500D, coolers GTO-10*14 and GTO-19*19, hammer mill GTDRM-0.7/55, sieving machine GTP-10, packing machine in bags like “Big-Beg”, hoppers, conveyors, fans, cyclones and magnetic protection equipment.

After installation, commissioning works will be performed and equipment will be started under load with output to productivity. At the same time, the client’s staff will be trained and experience will be transferred from our specialists to new production workers.
